14. Head massage ending form

Explanation

a. Move both hands up to the hairline of the forehead. Stroke the scalp over the top of the head to the back, then move the hands to the front under the cheeks along the Wandering nerve, then lower the hands to the Dantian (repeat 9 times).

b. Do 3 times Open & Closing forms.

c. Do 3 times Deep Exhaling & Inhaling forms.

d. Finish with Relaxed & quiescent exercise in the sitting position.

e. Practice normal abdominal respiration, which involves swelling up the abdomen when inhaling and contracting the abdomen when exhaling.
