2) The Three deep exhaling and inhaling form

 

Explanation

    a) Start with the relaxed and Quiescence form in the sitting position

    b) Place hands on Dantian (above the pubic bone and 3 fingers width below the naval)

        i) Put the right hand over the left for males

       ii) Put the left hand over the right for females

   c) Exhale though the mouth and sink down, keep the back straight

   d) Inhale though the nose whilst still down

   e) Let the body rise up, holding breath, pause at the top

   f) Then exhale though the mouth and sink down again

   g) Repeat this 3 times.

 
Function

The Three deep exhaling and inhaling form is for moving the vital energy to Dantian.
