Sitting Opening and Closing Forms
3) The Opening and closing of the lower Dantian in sitting position
Explanation
a) Continue on from the three deep exhaling and inhaling form, in the sitting position
b) Start the three opening and closing of the lower Dantian with your hands placed on the
Dantian (same as in the last form)
c) Whilst breathing out, move both hands apart, to the width of the pelvis (hands are back to
back as you move them apart)
d) Then move both hands towards each other (palm to palm) whilst breathing in (ensure fingers
touch when they reach the centre)
e) Turn palms over and move them out again
f) Repeat this opening and closing 3 times.
Function
The three opening and closing form is for clearing perverse energy from Dantian.
