(The relaxed & quiescent form in standing position, The three deep exhaling & inhaling form, and The three opening & closing form.) 2) Place the two palms flatly on the right & left lung region. 3) Massage the area by circling the palms in an inward direction 12 times, then in an outward direction 12 times. 4) Do “Point respiration� 3 times. 5) The Lungs are cleanses by the inspired air and the mind is concentrated on the downward movement of Qi by the Lungs 6) Do the ending forms. (The three opening & closing form, The three deep exhaling & inhaling form, The relaxed & quiescent form in standing position.) 7) Do this massage three times.
