3. The Blowing method to strengthen the kidneys.

 

Explanation

a) Start with the right foot

b) Same as fixed step but walking forward.

c) Walk along an “s†shaped line

d) Listen to your breaths (quiet mind)

e) Inhale twice on the left foot, exhale twice on the right foot, inhale twice on the left and so on

Function

Strengthens the kidneys.
