We have attended tai chi classes at Torbay Community Centre for two years and throughout this period of learning about and performing tai chi Leanne has been our excellent tutor. She always displays a very caring and professional attitude to her teaching and has the patience of Job plus limitless humour when teaching us the form.

I have been attending tai chi for over two years. I have found the exercises most beneficial in many ways. They are great for balance, ease of pain in many joints and a total feeling of relaxation and well being after the class is over. I cannot speak highly enough of our teacher Leanne - she is so patient and alert to everybody s need. She seems to know when someone is not feeling 100% and is most helpful in every way. She is a great teacher and has a real aptitude for tai chi. Leanne is also lovely and graceful to watch.

I have been attending tai chi for two years now. I have found it very beneficial especially with regard to improving balance and stimulating ones memory. I am in a class +65 years, most in their 70’s and 80’s. Our teacher Lee is an excellent teacher. She explains and demonstrates all movements; advises us to do all exercises as far as we can comfortably do so, everyone having different abilities. I would recommend to anyone young or old to give themselves a course in tai chi.
