6. Tou Wei point massage (ST 8)

 Explanation

a) The Tou Wei point is at each of the temples .5 cm inside the hairline.

b) Massage nine times inwards & nine times outwards.

c) Do Point Respiration.

d) Open hands & stroke over the head to the back
