There are 18 exercises in this set. The Shi Ba Shi taiji qigong system is probably the most popular set of qigong exercises in the world today. There are many variation of these exercises and I believe that this set has a very profound effect on the Body.
There is a Beginners and Advanced level of this system.
Easy to Meduim level of difficulty.
Ba Duan Jin
Called the 8 Brocades, this is an old and traditional set of Qigong exercises.
There are 8 exercises in this set, The Ba Duan Jin is a very popular set of qigong exercises, there are many variation of this set.
There is a Beginners and Advanced level for this system.
Meduim level of difficulty.
Zhan Zhuang Gong
This is an old and traditional set of Qigong exercises.
There are 10 exercises in this set. The Zhan Zhuang Qigong is a Static and more harder set of qigong exercises,These exercises involve standing in static positions to cultivate Qi.
There is a Beginners and Advanced level of this system.
Meduim to high level of difficulty.
Zangfu Qigong
This is a set of exercises out of the Daoyin traditional Qigong System.
There are 7 exercises in this set. The Zangfu Qigong is a internal organ massage set of qigong exercises,These exercises involve standing or sitting circulating Qi around the main internal organs.

Dao yin Head massage Qigong
This is a set of exercises out of the Daoyin traditional Qigong System.

Lao Tzu Shao Dan Meditation Qigong
This is a set of Sitting Meditation Qigong exercises.
There are 5 exercises in this set. The Lao Tzu Shao Dan Qigong is a combination of classical meditation postures and exercises,These exercises sitting circulating Qi around the Body and Quietening the mind.

Dao yin Walking Qigong
This is a set of exercises out of the Daoyin traditional Qigong System.

Easy to medium level of difficulty. Need a bit of co-ordination for these execises
The Toe Raising and Qi Transforming Form
This is a set of exercises out of the Daoyin traditional Qigong System.
There are 6 exercises in this set.Each exercise have different parts to it and take some time to perform. TheToe raising and Qi transforming Qigong is a continuous set of qigong exercises, A bit like a Taiji form,These exercises involve standing, turning to the four directions and a special stepping sequence which circulating Qi and blood around the body.
There are Beginners and Advanced levels for this system.
